Geri Broussard Baloney is the founding and senior attorney.  Broussard Baloney works on a variety of plaintiff and defense litigation matters, including class action, personal injury, wrongful death claims before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Publications/Presentations
While attending Loyola University School of Law,  Broussard Baloney received Moot Court honors and certification in international law.  Broussard Baloney wrote "A Guide to Doing Business with South Africa; Brief on Environmental Racism.  She was an Earl Warren Legal Scholar and served as a student member of the St. Thomas More Society. 

BACKGROUND:

Born New Orleans, Louisiana, admitted to bar, 1996, Louisiana.  Founded Broussard Baloney Law Firm in 1996. Law Clerk, State of Louisiana, 40th Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. John the Baptist (1995-1996); Loyola University New Orleans School of Law (J.D., 1995), with Certificate in international Law, Honors: Moot Court Finalist, St. Thomas More Legal Society, and Earl Warren Legal Scholar; Southern University of New Orleans (B.A. Political Science, 1992); Marion Abramson Senior High School, New Orleans, Louisiana.   

Description of Practice: 

Engaged in trial litigation, including personal injury, labor relations, product liability, wrongful death, railroad litigation, toxic torts, public law, worker’s compensation, construction contracts, real estate, and business acquisitions.  Admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, United States Bankruptcy Court, Louisiana Supreme Court and all Louisiana State Courts.
